 Thanks guys, I think I'm going to make the next batch with salt for fishing weightless around shallow targets.

If you've got the hand0-eye coordination to skip a weightless hog under docks, trees, etc you'll have yourself a deadly combo.  I use a baby brush hog on a 2/0 EWG when the bite gets tough and the fish are on docks.  Even with the extra appendages it skips pretty well on spinning gear and is absolutely deadly.

  If you add salt or glass media then try wacky rigging it. I've caught a lot of bass that way. And it really works well on bedding fish.

These are all Do-it colors. Top, essential series pumpkin brown + a few drops of X2 cc green.  Bottom,  essential series chartreuse + X2 green chartreuse
