7AM, Sunday October 16th, Red Cedar Lake Wisconsin. The full hunter's moon rose the evening before and treated us to some visuals from behind clouds that we thought would be hard to beat, but when I opened the curtains to the bedroom  to check out the lake this is what I was treated to. The moon is about 6 minutes from setting here. The view is to the west with the east at my back. The sun has not yet cracked the horizon. The picture shows the reflection just as we were looking at it.

Sunday's fishing? 4 of us boated 47 crappies over 12" each. Maybe 75 lesser fish were tossed back. Monday's fishing was just as good. Man, it hard to come home from fishing like that.

Easily the best time of year in these parts.

Agreed. Fall is awesome and we're just getting started. Awesome day Tom, I've been on an exellent walleye bite the last week and a half myself.
