Nice stuff there. I like the top purple/black[?] core and the thin blue chartreuse core  a lot. Really good baits.

Nice job man. I was doing some of those myself this weekend.  This bait Ecores better than any other in my opinion.

Those look great! maybe you can give me some advice I'm struggling to shoot the 6" sticks I have the CNC mold and the top bait doesn't fill the tail of the mold properly most of the time. Its still a decent fishable bait but the tail in has air bubbles only in the top cavity. The rest of the baits come out find.

Your baits also look very translucent. Are you applying ay salt?

Check the vent for that cavity to be sure its open. If you are clamping immediately over that vent, lighten up in clamping pressure or shift the clamp pads to another area. Be certian you have adequate plastic in the injector if its a medium sized one.

Yup... pretty much as Tom says.  My #1 suspect would be not having adequate plastic in your injector... and pour it in to the injector instead of trying to draw it in with the plunger.  This maximizes the volume of plastic and prevents any air leakage past the plunger (from the back of the injector).

You could also try a little bit more heat, but I'm not sure that will fix the problem given your description.

What size rods are you using?

For the 6" Senko mold I am using a 3.75mm (0.148") Diameter rod made from a knitting needle. I'm sure it has been mentioned but I always use a very little bit of oil on my finger to wipe in the cavities prior to injecting. Too much will cause issues with the finish on the outer core.

No salt in the outer core because it clouds it up. The inner core has all the salt.
