What hooks will be used with it and does it use 2 wire keepers or is there a special one with 2 barbs?  I'm looking forward to this myself, it will be a good way to run swimbaits along the bottom in cold water. BTW, I still thing the Shad head rig jig is a killer mold as well and i've made a bunch of those and it works with most swimbaits on the market.

It will be built on the Mustad 32746 platform so most all 90 degree aberdeens will fit in the 4/0-6/0 range and will have a recessed eye for size 2-5 stick on lure eyes.  The wire form for the wire keeper is a new 1 piece double-barbed wire form (WDB1000) 5 Cavities 1/4, 3/8, 1/2, 5/8, 3/4

I know it was largely designed with bass in mind, but that will be a clear water musky killer!

I would love to see that plastic keeper up close. The part in the lead. Is it a straight shaft or does it have a bend inside the mold?

Hey Gary, there will be a bend in the wire form that will be inside of the mold, like you mentioned.

I'll probably still get this mold but I thought they would use a little heavier hook like an EC 635BP or even a Gamakatsu 604. The Mustad 32746 will be ok for the smaller 1/4oz but I can already hear the complaints about bent hooks as most guys throw 1/2oz and heavier heads with 30lb braid or 15lb fluorocarbon, that hook, which I use in small ball head and like, isn't going to hold up. What was the thinking behind the hook choice for a swimbait head that goes up to 3/4oz?
