Mini Ripper
« on: 01/09/18 11:34 UTC »
The newest addition to the Ripper family is here and ready to order.

The new 3” Ripper features the same great swimming and wobbling action as its larger self but in a smaller scaled down profile to match smaller profile baitfish.

Below is a side by side comparison of both the original 3.5” Ripper on bottom and the 3” Ripper on top.  Both were shot with a dual injector. The new 3” Ripper is a great option for sizing down a presentation on a tough bite or when targeting smaller species of fish.

Mike J – I found this to be an ideal size for interior river walleyes when rigged up on the smaller swimbait heads.

I can also confirm that smallmouth gobble them up like candy and when crappies are feeding up on shad you’ll find the new 3” Ripper in the back of their throat.

This single cavity mold is now in stock and available to forum members.

Call Jordan at (319) 984-6055 to get yours today.  These will also be available on the website at www.do-itmolds.com in the coming weeks.

Item No. 95324
Model: RPR130
3" Ripper
Single Cavity

Price: $68.00

That would be sweeeeeeeeet!
I find it incredible that I have to explain to a grown American citizen that taking a knee during the National Anthem is disrespectful.

Someone asked for a size comparison in hand.  We had the conversation that 1/2" from the original doesn't sound like much but when the bait is scaled down to meet that size it's noticeably smaller than one would come to think.  Here is a size comparison in hand for better reference.  Original 3.5" Ripper on bottom Mini 3" Ripper on top. Demand will somewhat dictate adding additional sizes and the addition of an Essential Series version of any of them.

I'd love to buy this mold in a smaller version if you had it available? Maybe 2" for crappies?

A 4 cavity cnc mold would be nice to see doing one at a time takes to long.
