Ring worm baits??
« on: 09/19/18 22:01 UTC »
I did some searching, and I definitely am not familiar with this site yet.  But so many are having great luck fishing with soft ring worm baits and I tried searching and looking for some here (for the molds) but I haven't seen any.  Are there any?

Thanks.   No exactly what I am looking for, but close.    I am considering getting into this injection process.  Starting to feel a little mad scientisty!!  (Is that a word?)   A lot to learn.

Welcome aboard 77slr.

Ringworms are a great walleye plastic in this area. Where are you at and what do you target with them? Do-Its Ring-It has been a great fish catcher since they were introduced a few years ago. My favorite is the 4.5".

Thanks for the welcome guys.  I am near Waterloo and it seems the Ring Worm baits are doing great for so many all around my area.   Generally they are using them, as I, for walleye.  I have always been a live bait guy but these are changing my mind for certain situations.  And the thought of making my own...  now that is getting me going.  Not to mention firing me up to go out and use them!!  The good ole start to finish idea and knowing I did it.  I didn't know so much of this was available, and there is a lot available.  So much that I am spinning...   like a kid in a candy store.   And this forum is great!  I appreciate the responses I have gotten already.  Thanks so much and on we go!
