Hard packed colorant
« on: 01/19/19 13:55 UTC »
Finally had some free time before work and took 3 different pint bottles that 3/4 of the bottle was clear and colorant on the bottom. I tied them together and put them in a box cap down then turned the jogging table on and let it run for 20 minutes rotating them and it really did the job. A jogging table is for paper sheet sizes up to 50”.
May your days be filled with sun shine and you always have a tight line. AMEN

They have a whole pallet of table top joggers warped in plastic setting in storage with a half inch of dust on it and I’m going to see if I can get one that works.

Friend worked in a print shop used a smaller version to bundle flyers for mail
Seems just the ticket If you can get it
If the surface can take on 50" sheet size
feel you have more then enough room

I bought this and has served me well for the price the nice thing about this one is that it has a thin plastic attachment that can fit a very narrow opening on almost any bottle never had it not work on what I used it for

If you have a dremel tool just use .060 wire with a small L bend at the end.

Great idea. I have the same mixers as Lamar but man I’ll remember this for the bigger containers.

Similar to chubs, I use a cordless drill and a small loop on the end of my wire.
