Copyright Do's and Dont's
« on: 05/02/13 13:53 UTC »
What are some basic copyright regulations I should be aware of? I can't find much from google. Can I sell senko type baits and still call them Senkos or do I need to make up a name? I know there are some molds that can't be duplicated and sold. Where can I go for information about all this?

You can sell all of the sticks you want, just don't use the name Senko, it is copyrited and Gary will come after you.

You should call them "stick baits".

I call my stick baits "Go To Stick" that there is copyrighted and trademarked property registered to Ricky Bobby which is also copyrighted...ha ;D
Brushhog   ....brushbug, flippinbug etc..
I actually wanted to play on the Walking Tall movie and the 2x4 the main character carried as a name for the sticks, but never did.
