Twin injectors take so getting used to. It'll come. I think the biggest issue to overcome is getting the two plastics as close together in temperature as you can. and then slow the injection speed down.

It does take some getting used to.  Tom makes a great point about Temps.  I also found it easier to draw a T on my mold so I remember which way is top.  I've had runs of great colors be upside down or backwards.  The other thing for me that I'm still working on is contrasting colors.  Not all combos turn out like I picture in my mind.  Stick with it.  You'll get it figured out.
