That's the bottle count for this year's wine.



Beautiful deep rose for our Frontenac Grapes. Got some kick and was pretty tart at the first settling so it got sweetened a bit and left to rest. I bottled today and have a short bottle in the fridge to go with dinner tonight. This will get served at Christmas.

I can still remember the taste from the sample at the get toeghter mighty tasty there Tom.
