
This is a 27 pound batch of pork bratwurst, stuffed in natural casings to about 6 ounce per link. I'm thinking I need to get a handful of these on the grill for the games tomorrow. Carole and I just ate the plug of meat left in the stuffer and she just smiled so I must have hit it right again.
Now I can get my shop back together for plastics and lead and paint. Working the meat is always a nice break but its always nice to get back to the tackle making.
