I may be BBQ'd out

After cooking 45 pounds of pulled pork and another 30 pounds of chicken for my sister's engagement party this weekend in addition to making up some quick pickled red onion and a ton of tomato based sauce for the pork and some Alabama white sauce for the chicken.  It was a lot of work but definitely worth it to see so many people enjoying the food I made.  If I had a dollar for every person who asked me how I made the pulled chicken and white sauce I would be a rich man  :P

Definitely party time this go around.  There was about a cup worth of chicken left and maybe a butt worth of pork.  Apparently it was either really good or people were just really hungry.  Either way, I'm not mad about it haha
