Nice hot grill and the fillets between two mesh smoking grills, seasoned with a special lemon-pepper concoction. Potatos right out of the good earth baked while the fish cooked. Sliced tomatoes and cukes on the side.

The only thing better than this would have been some of the rain the Andrew Lamberson got a while ago. He could have shared and kept the hail and wind.
