A Good Morning

Got out this morning with a few buddys, we were able to find ice 4-5" and solid. We focused fishing 7-12 in 15 feet of water. Do-It plastics took some, and spikes took others. It was just nice to get out and fish.

Nice catch and you don't have to worry about taking cooler with ice like we do in the south

it really is no different than fishing from a boat, start in likey places, if they are not there you move, too many ice fisherman sit on a spot and do not move around, mainly because it can be a pain if you bring too much gear.

Great looking catch!!  But after going through one time I've never been again.

Got day 2 under my belt, not as good as yesterday but we fished a new body of water that others pass up. Do-it plastics(ice pick) and waxies did the damage
