2.25 ES paddle tail
« on: 09/24/16 22:32 UTC »
A friend wanted a bait similar to a sassy shad. Since I didn't have anything very close to that, he gave me an ES paddle tail mold in trade for some baits out of it.

I made a bunch of plain baits of different colors for him, then thought ide try something a little more time consuming lol.

Here are some I put a pattern on using hi lite powder. I really like how the texture from the mold shows up on these baits. It really shows where the powder was applied.

I find it incredible that I have to explain to a grown American citizen that taking a knee during the National Anthem is disrespectful.

Nice baits Mike.

That surface application of hi lite powder is limitless.

Thanks guys.

Arkansas I shot a regular bait in black 1st. Made a stencil. Then layed the stencil on the bait to cover the area I didn't want the powder on. Then use a small foam brush to apply hi lite powder to the outside of the bait.

Next step is to clear dip to seal the powder where you want it.

BKJ that's what I like about you always helpfull and having fun, thanks.
