What can happen
« on: 06/05/19 17:06 UTC »
Was pouring my first plastics from custom molds when out of the blue the neighbors dog wanted to jump the fence and play. The pictures are the result.

I hope so, but I was able to finish learning open hand pouring the next day.

WOW!  That is a problem right there. Hope you heal good and fast. My dad got burnt real good a few years back when a half full 55 gallon drum of used oil ignited and blew up. He went about 15’ across the shop and had 2nd and 3rd degree burns on his arms, 2nd degree burns on his face, and 5 staples in his head. He healed up right nice with little to no scaring. Oh, and his eyebrows grew back too.

Nice work, especially considering the circumstances.

It was very painful, doctor said very close to 3rd degree burn. But good thing is I got the help I needed. Posted this to show how hot of plastic people are working with. The lures did come out nicely, but still need some improvement. Thanks for the wishes of fast wheeling.
