Some finished foil jobs
« on: 04/12/20 17:48 UTC »
Here are some small crankbaits and a Do-It Flutter Spoon that have been foiled, and the cranks painted. Pretty neat stuff to work with.

I have such great luck with both purple/chartreuse and purple on gold that I had to do three of these cranks with the combo. The purple went on in three coats with a heat set between each coat. I'm really loving it. The other three are silver foiled then done in my better color pattern of chartreuse belly with an orange throat under the black back with feathered sides and topped with blue/purple color shift pigment in a clear top coat.

That Flutter Spoon looks gold plated and the cranks looked awesome wrapped in silver and gold before the paint. Now they really rock.
