Welcome to the Do-It forums Esskey!
I can't help specifically with your craw color request as I don't have any clear water in which to fish those baits. I can offer some suggestions though. One combo that has come to light is just clear plastic with both orange and red .015 glitters. One might think that this could mimic a molting crawfish. Otherwise I'd suggest going the usual green/watermelon red flake and keep it thin to get some transparency or a thin brown or amber with red flake would work. Clear water as a rule means natural looking baits in my opinion. Green, brown, amber are all very natural crawfish colors. With the brown or amber I'd add some green hilite.
I have seen a huge uptick in the ice fishing plastic world where very clear plastics using fine glitters in large amounts to get color are tearing up the panfish and crappies.....maybe try this using green glitter as a primary color maker and add some blue, not a lot, to offer a little second color to bring up a natural looking bait.
