The two share very similar bodies and body lengths with the Stinger Wutz-it having the blockier of the two however, the real difference lies in the tail. The 2-1/2" Fry's tail is three sides like all of the Fry family's tails and tapers to a very active pointed tip. The Stinger Wutz-It's tail is flatter on the top and bottom and stays wider all the way thru that section of the bait. It offers some up and down movement but lacks the fast action of the Fry bait's tails. On the over-all, the Fry at 2-1/2 is way more streamlined and offers much more action with little movement in the angler's part.
I have both molds and use the 2-1/2" Fry baits 20 to 1 over the 2-1/2" Wutz-It Stinger.
