Title: lil brisket....

19 pounds plus a couple ounces.

And the finished product....

Done with northern hard maple and apple smoke. Finished at medium rare. Covered and cooling right now then a day in the fridge to mellow the smoke before thin slicing. The house smells like a deli right now.
