I'm wanting to make my own 1/8 ounce spinnerbaits. The Stanley was my favorite but getting hard to find. What mold looks like this ?

My buddy modified his poison tail mold to produce spinner baits very similar to what you are looking for... he just made a path for the wire through the eye.

I make the Poistontail spinnerbaits too.

I like a small 1/8 & 1/4 oz spinnerbait for ultralight fishing for bass and panfish.

Not the same as the Stanley, but the Do It Crappie Spinner and the Bullet Head Spinner baits works well with the spinner wire forms made for the Crappie Spinner Jig mold. It's an 0.29" wire, compact, but has great vibration.

The only down side, is the wires get  bent up, but that happens with heavier wire spinnerbaits too.

Them small spinner bait’s are a most have in the box any time of year. Weather you tie hair , skirt or plastic bait get the job done.

Thanks guys! I dress them with silicone skirts, fine rubber, hair & feathers. I also leave some with no skirts and use plastics on them.

I can agree with Walleye Wacker, they're a good lures year round and anywhere, and not only for bass.

These are the only two I have photo's of, marabou on one and silicone on the other.

Although pink can be a good color for crappies, pike are also partial to it... and they would not be gentle if you tossed those little guys around here.

(They do look nice though.)

That poison tail style spinnerbait looks pretty close. Is that 1/8 0z. Bigjim?

I use the poisontail swing jig mold for bladed jigs, spinnerbaits, buzzbaits, jigheads, etc... Just modify the mold to your needs. It's one of the best tracking heads you will find. Has more size options than any other mold. Easy to add a wire keeper.
