walleye spinner mold?
« on: 03/10/19 16:46 UTC »
I'm lookin at buying some used molds. one of the molds says walleye spinner mold.  I was wondering if anyone has any insight on this mold and or pictures of what it produces. I looked on Barlows and do it. I cant seem to find any info on it.

Model  ed-8-2a is what it says on it.  I think I found a diagram of it on line.  It looks like an inline type of spinner

ED-6-24 is the old Erie Dearie Style mold in 1/4th and 1/2 oz. size  I was extremely lucky and found one

This was an add for two of them in bigger sizes

After looking closer some of the molds have been modified.  I will have to pour some and see what happens

Heck of a deal as long as the molds aren't all modified!!  Blades, wires and hooks more than you know!  With the cost of them you'll be glad they're in there!  Hope you find the mold you wanted.    Sounds like an ebay deal!!

This was a sweet craigslist deal. A lot of the molds have been modified.  But I should be able to use most of them

And you can unmodify them too. JB weld, high temp RTV, and ingenuity will work wonders. Just the lead is probably worth what you gave for merchandise. Nice buy....
