Same as MO, some blue Dawn and a potato brush does the trick.

Playing with some new highlight techniques, the entire bait turns purple and the back, scales and cheek plates turn green when the bait moves. I may not always post but I'm always watching. If you ever need advice/help I'll do my best but some secrets can't be told.

Blue splatter hard to see in pic.  1.  your paint might not be mixed right  2.  Nozzle on airbrush my be dirty; causes needle not to seat right; causing splattering when you push down on trigger,  just pushing down(paint will splatter or burp),  not pushing down and pulling back.

The highlight is actually not paint at all, it's not even intended for crankbaits. I think it works, still have to do some testing on a few more patterns.
