Candle wood lake is between 54 and 58 degrees right now. Smallies will be caught on beds. A technique that has been working for me is drop shotting a 4" carrot with the bait about 6" above the weight. Also spinnerbaits are doing well too. Most largemouth will be in pre spawn and the feedbag is on. Been doing very well with a jerk bait around floating docks.
