A crappie day
« on: 08/29/22 05:19 UTC »
I decided yesterday morning that I needed a crappie fishing day. Half day really with temperatures forecasted to be in the upper 80’s by afternoon. After not being able to produce any bass on top water or with plastics I set in to locate some paper mouths.
I got on some but all were dinks. Maybe 20 total. All they wanted was a small curly tail in fire tiger and they would take predominantly on a lift/fall presentation. I did manage a bonus fish too.
