What mold?

I am thinking of pouring jig molds. I would like to make ball head jigs with lead keepers in size 3/16 and 1/4 using 1/0 and 2/0 hooks for both.
What mold/moulds would I need?

That 3/16 is sort of a stinker size and you'll need two molds. Both offer the tapered barb collar. The #3117 mold has 8 cavities in 3/16 ounce and will handle a 1/0 hook. The #3104 is a seven cavity mold in 1/4 ounce and will accept the 1/0 hook as well, however a 2/0 should fit both molds with little of no adjustment needed, as long as one stays using the 570 style of hook.

These are nice molds and cast very easily. The only down side is the need for two molds to get both of the sizes you mention. That 3/16 is an odd duck size.

The round head jig with a staggered barb is available in both sizes but you'd need, again, to purchase two separate molds, the #3352 which casts 3/32 and 3/16 heads and the #3353 mold which casts both 1/8 and /14 head sizes. Another mold, the #3484 casts a round head in 6 individual sizes that calls for the wb400 wire keeper insert but has the 3/16 and the 1/4 in one mold. The #3484 is a sweet mold because it offers a wide range of sizes and because that wire keeper is so much more effective at hold soft plastics on the hook. And really the keeper wires are no sweat to use, that and you'll be able to make a wide range of sizes from 1/32 to 5/16 in one mold. The down side is if you are looking to make a mess of jigs.... the single size cavities will slow you down. For personal use, this last mold is one I have for casting the oddball sizes of 3/16 and 5/16 of which I use quite often.
