Can't help with the mold you'd like but I have taken a bass sinker, snipped off the swivel then flipped the sinker over and drilled a hole from bottom to the top, getting rid of the remaining portion of the swivel buried in lead. Then I simply epoxied an alligator clip in the sinker's narrow end.
