Ended up getting the mold and found 25 3/0 hooks for it.

After playing around with the mold and some different mold hooks and Items that I have. I did find a great solution.

 I took a size 0 SS sinker insert & clipped it into the eye of a 3/0 or 4/0 spinner bait hook. It fit the mold and worked extremely well.

That's using the old thinking cap. Kind of re-enforces the old adage "where there's a will there's a way".
