Welcome to the Do-It forums FishNM.

On the Yamnamoto site it shows both a transparent chartreuse and an opaque version. I'd simply start with  a yellow chartreuse and add a drop or two of white to get the opaque color. Of course you'll have to play with the colorant's drop count to get it where you're happy. For the transparent I'd go with a dye colorant [spike-it make a good chartreuse dye]] but you won't be able to use it against another color in a laminate or tail color due to bleeding and will have to keep any baits done with it in their own bags.

Lunker , Thank You so much for the help. The picture is small, but the chartreuse and orange baits in your picture, that is very close to the Chartreuse I'm looking for. Thanks again!!

Here's a larger picture of that chartreuse.  The recipe should start with 4 ounces of plastic, 10-12 drops of X2 chartreuse, two drops of X2 fluorescent green and a b-b sized ball of blue hi lites. Glitter of choice can be added. This is actually a chartreuse I use for tail colors, very bold, but works great as a body color too if I am not looking for a transparent bait.
