Which Do-It mold

Hey Fellas I'm looking for a mold to make a copy of the Owner Ultrahead Finesse Ball Head any help would be appreciated greatly.

Do-it doesn't have a mold just like that but I would suppose one could be modified to do that...  Are the hooks available?  Sometimes that's the biggest obstacle.

Yer getting a hook for the job is looking like it may be the hard part, closet I've come across is the Gamakatsu Skip Gap Worm Hooks.

That's about as close as you're going to get to the hook style, but I've a feeling the modification may be a little tough on a standard 1/8 or 3/16 design.  They put those cavities pretty close to each other in order to fit as many in as they can.  It kinda makes it hard sometimes to pull off an extensive modification considering hook eye area, gap etc.  I won't say it can't be done, but it may be difficult.
