You could modify an inline sinker mold and make much larger jigs with them. The style that has one end larger than the other would work, but you would probably need to make your own wire forms too. They won't be fancy, but don't need to be.
I've made a lure for many years that we used for Stripers, and call a "Trout Bomb", which is made using inline sinkers. Some folks flatten then, but I've always used them as is, and would add a spinner blade to some, which makes them a heavy inline spinner type of lure. They're primarily used for vertical jigging, like using a jigging spoon. I don't bother flattening them because I have molds for jigging spoons.
I'll pour them with a through wire, like pouring a bottom bouncer, and even those molds would likely work.
