Here's some right here. Just jarred them up. These are for the holidays and won't last very long.

Very good stuff Tom. I was just thinking about making up a batch of pickled fish myself.

Pickled fish is a new one to me, is that a northern thing? I know you guys also cook your fish in soap up there in Minnesota :D

Hey...if it cannot be fried, or baked, or boiled, or smoked we either salt ad dry it or pickle it. Don't knock it till you've tried it. lol

I’d try it, 10 years ago I wouldn’t have but now days I’m
More open to different foods.... think it’s called getting older.

The onions that go in the jar with the fish are almost as good.

Spot on Mike. I love the onions too. I need to keep a northern or two to pickle up. Tis the season. I also want to try to pickle some garlic once I get laid off. I got a dozen or so left over bulbs that I grew this summer to work with.

It’s funny you guys say that about the onions. When I make fajitas I marinade sliced bell pepper and onions with the meat and I absolutely love the onions that have been in with the meat sautéed after I spectate and put the meat over the fire. It’s just as good if not better than the beef or chicken it’s self. Good on hamburger too.
