Ready for the holidays. Home grown grape and a couple cherry tossed in there for good measure.

Man, that brings back memories. It has been many years since I made wine but it was a lot of fun. Best batch I ever made was an elderberry (that surprised me I expected a little bitterness because of the bitterness of the fruit but apparently I got my combination of sugar/yeast just right and it came out perfect). Looks like a mellow holiday season in the CTOM household.

Ma will be mellow. I don't really drink much. Maybe a beer every now and again but hardly ever more than one.

Great HOLIDAY CHEER!!!!!

I've never made wine but I do make my own beer. I've got a chocolate peanut butter porter that is just now getting right carbonation wise. A little boozy tasting at ~8.3% but drinkable.

Careful Tom, forum members will start shipping you empty wine bottles for a refill

All right!
We had company last night and I uncorked a small bottle of the cherry. Not real dry, not too sweet. But it does have a solid kick to it. The double ferment gave the cherry some serious muscle. lol
