Title: Chatterbait Ripper
Post by: Lamar on 01/13/18 14:04 UTC
This is one of the chatterbaits I like to fish in the spring. Never tried it with a ripper before.

I use a ripper made of Mo Milk without the skirt.

I like it and use something similar.

This one has Mo's milk for the belly. Most all my swimbaits have Mo's milk on the belly side. I like the violet hi-lites. Our shad and crawdads have that look so it works well. The blue top is made of 2 drops blue and 6 drops motor oil in 6 oz plastic with some silver flake. Both are 2X colors. I've worked with this blue and I like it. The motor oil just brings out a shine and I like it.

Never would have thought to use that combo, going to give it a try.
