Title: Plastisol cleaner
Post by: Thembonez on 02/12/19 12:09 UTC
Anyone know of a chemical or cleaner that can clean cooked plastisol from stainless? Gotta be an easier method to clean from my stirrer paddles than scraping by hand

For those of you recommending WD what method you using it? I was look to find something to soak the paddles and have it “strip” the cooked plastic.

Pull off what you can with your fingers, then spray with wd-40 and wipe with a rag.  Works for th pot too...

I’ve always used Goof Off or Goo Gone. Don’t know what it would do on stainless but it works pretty well on Presto Pots and glass
