Take a piece of wire and make a small loop that you can put skirt material in and than just pass it threw the bait and there you have it.

Yeah. Just silicone skirt material pulled through the craw.

I use a large eye sewing needle I bought at WalMart.

I like to do that to by Beaver Bug baits.

I think I saw a post that Lamar put up a year or two back with this process.

  I called it Mr. Whiskers. And yes that's how I did it. Make sure you use worm oil or it try to stick when you pull it through.
