Title: chenille sizes

What size chenille is standard for bass/crappie jigs. I realize crappie jigs will probably be smaller overall but can you use the same sz chenille on both?

I tie crappie jigs with chenille and a few bass patterns with it and no matter the type I use medium chenille. For new age chenille the medium is size #2, ultra chenille and other types like antron and nylon just go by medium I think.
