Title: CCM Tube Molds
Post by: BareKnuckleJigs on 02/27/12 14:27 UTC
I've been doing quite a bit of "experimenting" lately, many different Baits, a few different brands of store-bought, also.  I've had a good amount of success with Tubes for Largemouth, and because of this, I'm considering the CCM 4" G-Tube mold.

There are 2 Inserts...1 for T-Rigging and 1 for a Standard Tube Head.  How "thick" is the Tube's Head when shot with the T-Rig Insert?  And how thick is the Head with the Tube Insert?

T-Rig produces approximately 1/2" meat in the head.

Tube Jig produces approximately 1/4" meat in the head.

It's just the insert (screws into the spline), you can get both if you want to experiment.

Awesome.  Thank You Sir!  I like the sound of 1/2".  Carolina Rig'n and Weedless Rig'n different tubes have done well.  My favorite is Weedless with no weight, hook and tube only.  That'll be the next one!
