Title: Epoxy for clear coat finish

What kind of epoxy are you guys spraying through an airbrush.  Looking to get a better finish on my baits.  I am currently using the clear coat from createx.  Thanks

I don't spray epoxy. I dip my final coat using the CS Seal Coat, then hang the jigs to drip and dry. Very durable product.

I think most brush or dip. I’ve had luck with the brush so that’s what I do with CS seal coat.

No clear goes through my brush's... I dip and or brush KBS diamond clear... It's awesome.

Put a piece of wire in the bottom hook hanger so the excess will run down it and not form a hard drop on your plug. Then dip in KBS or Seal Coat, I've used both.

I use CS Seal coat. Normally only one coat. Two on big Northern Pike baits and the finish looks good and is very durable.

I dip the baits and hang the bait's, nose up, from a modified paper clip from a beaded chain (used for light pulls) with a paper towel to catch the drips of the end. (Brush works ok also. I brush CS Seal Coat on all my lead jigs for extra durability and shine).

I store my can of CS Seal with the lid on as tight as I can push it on, and then put a plastic sandwich bag over the top and secure it with a rubber band. I buy the can so I can dip straight into the can.

Devcon 2 ton also works well but it sets pretty quick if you are trying to coat a large number of baits. Make sure you get the CLEAR that sets in 20 minutes NOT the 5 min. type.
