Title: Need help with 2 colors

First is butter belly or Arkansas shiner by Boddy Garland

Second is a split tail jig and would like to know where to buy the mold to make as well

Simple pearl will do the bottom bait... clear plastic with a good scoop of pearl powder. Next color, add a tiny bit of chartreuse or yellow....very small amount. The split tail is available here at Do-It. Check the online store.
