Title: A holiday project....completed
Post by: ctom on 02/04/20 13:55 UTC
I started this wine a while back...Thanksgiving time. Its been sitting in the gallon final fermenters now for a couple months so I figured it was time to jug up.

This Cranberry wine. First sip hits you with the typical cranberry tartness but falls away to the sweet real fast. Of course its got some "pop" to it too. Carole got the first glass to go with her lunch and of course I had some sampling going on as I filled bottles.  Now I'm finding myself thinking I should have made more than I did. The bottles are labeled with my porno bear picture on our own BearNaked label.

12 bottles to go with the 12 days of Christmas maybe? Ha! Won't last that long!

I've never made wine before but I have brewed some beer in my day, although not lately with work and school  :'(  That cranberry wine sounds like a good time!
