Hope everyone here has a great 4th of July. I’m putting some butt on the smoker and enjoying the day with family rain or shine.  ;)

Like-wise and right back at ya basscat. No rain here. Just hot and humid. I'm home alone this year...Carole went on a hunt for a new sewing machine with her daughter. Maybe I'll grill a steak for dinner with a smoothie made of fresh pineapple pureed in a blender with Malibu and a couple ice cubes....something cold anyway.

Hope all have a safe fun filled 3 day. Staying home enjoying the AC And maybe something on the grill.

Hope all had a great 4th made baby back rib on the pellet grill and all I can say is yummy.

I did pork chops and blade steaks. They turned out extremely well.
