Where can a person get some small bags to package up baits that's small like the bubba bug, nano and small minnows. Do-it has the 4x4 bags which obviously is way to big for those small baits. I have people who are wanting some bubba bugs and nanos but need some tiny bags. Walmart had some tiny bags but they was not very good quality so I quit messing with them. Any ideas? Thanks

Just type 2"X3" zip lock bags into your search engine. Ebay is full of good deals on these. Just be careful of the mil thickness, don't get anything less than 2 mil. # is better. Get a thousand....you'll need them if you're sampling out baits to people. 3"x4" in a 3mil is a good size for mid-sized baits....2"to 3 1/2".

Great thanks Tom. Now I can't remember what the thickness of the ones I bought from Walmart was but to me they just seem way to thin atleast for my liking. Would 4 mil work or be to thick? Sorry I am all new to these bags for small plastics. I don't want anything to thin I guess I'm trying to say obviously they will not be holding much but just a better quality I guess?

2, 2 1/2 1nd 3 mil will do fine.

Here's another link to clearbags.com that offers bags specific to fishing tackle...soft baits. https://www.clearbags.com/spec/fishing-industry-packaging
These are more in line with what Do-It offers for tackle bags but more options.

If you have the desire to do so get creative and customize some oversized bags. I got some 3 or 4 mil zip top bags 2nd hand that were great for stick baits but way to long for most of my creations. I found that I could cut the bags in half, flatten out the end of the zipper on the cut side with a heated flat screw driver, then I resealed the cut end using the heated seal only function on our food vac sealer. Worked like a charm and double the amount of bags I had. I did not change the depth of the bag only the width but I would say you could do both.

Hmmm I might have to give that a try Fisherman thank's

Anyone know how many mil the do it bags are?
-
Not certain on the mill thickness, but these are different from the polyethylene ziplocks from uline and other sources. Do-It's lure bags are tough and fairly rigid and seal like nothing else. I use the 4X4's for my small plastics that have had oil and scent added and the zipper does not leak.

Great thanks I'm going to do a order here soon and will get some.
