Title: Do it Yamamoto Mold....Can we sell them..

Can you buy a Do it Senko Mold and make the Yamamotos and sell them? 
I know Do-it has the rights to sell the mold but can I sell them customized ?

The senko itself is not patented, the name however is a registered trademark.  You can sell all you want, you just can't call it a senko.

Nor can you reference it as a "Yamamoto" bait.

Let me clean my last comment up....you can let people know that the Do-It mold makes and exact replica of the Yamamoto bait but you cannot call it a Senko or a Yamamoto bait specifically.

Groovy, I bought the 5" and 6" Yamy Molds from Do-it. I will just market them with a different name and nothing indicating "senko" or the "Yamamoto" name in the description..
Think I will be in the clear...
