Thanks guys! Still trying to keep everything natural looking and making it work somehow

Nice to see you back again! Those colors are brilliant. Would you mind telling us what they are? They look like some of Dead Ons Paragon series, but that is just a guess. Keep on keepin on.

That’s a nice mold too. I just shot mine for the first time a few days ago. It’s supposed to fit a 8/0 owner beast so I ordered some. The smallest weight they produce in the 8/0 is 3/8. So, I dunno and I just haven’t fished these to know. So what have you found that works the best and what weight fishes well with it?

I been using the beast hook but this summer I also threw it on a bigger lead head like what you would fish the fringe/stc style baits on

Since I fish the Tennessee River at least two days a week or looks as if you need to send those Tennessee shad to me! 😁

I order the beast hooks without weights. I found that if you take the rubber out of a rubber core sinker you can open it up, slip it over the hook shank and close it with pliers. This gives you a lot of options for weight and hook size combos. You can also put 2 skirt bands on the hook and install the weight between them if you want to keep it in one place (more or less).
