I recently picked up the necessary airbrush equipment (should have done this years ago) and a mold i have been looking for forever. I have found myself spending more time making and painting these shiver minnow style baits than pouring plastics. Here's a few examples of what I've been playing around with..

Nice stuff Jake. Which airbrush did you get?
Are you vacu-forming your own stencils? I have everything to make the vacuum chamber using a large shop vac for suction but an waiting to mess with it until I am finished with deer hunting and processing.

Hey Tom thank you! i picked up the Paasche airbrush off the Do-it site initially. Recently i got an Iwata Eclipse and really like it. Both airbrushes would do the job, but the Iwata had the capability of smaller detail so i have been playing around with that one lately. i made a vacuum chamber out of a tin cookie box and it works awesome! very simple, and with a dremil, made some stencils.

Im hoping so! With Moonshine not making a pattern like that, i figured it would be a good one to try out. Purples and Blacks have always been my starting points.
