It pays to clean stuff up!! I had tossed packages in my room or combined them and forgot about them. Well.... cleaning up today I discovered a bunch of stuff I forgot about - and that I was getting ready to buy!!!
2 thousand split rings
4 thousand jig hooks (Like I need any more jig hooks LOL)
1000 crane swivels
1000 roller swivels
900 treble hooks in 5 sizes

That’s a great find. I’ve always said that about guns and fishing equipment. If you know what you have you don’t have enough.

I like that quote, just not sure the wife would agree ::)

OLe buddy you can't never have to many hooks or bullets.

Fatman it’s just like finding money in a coat you haven’t worn in a while.
I think we have all done that at some point.

There was an article on our last evening's news about some people who bought an old house and was doing some work on it only to find over 1000 bottles of prohibition era whiskey stashed inside the perimeter walls. Apparently they tried a bottle and its still as good as the day it was bottled, maybe better. Those bottles are fetching $1000 bucks right now. I wonder how much they paid for the house?

Might be able to pay off some of it.

Found 400 rounds of .45 ACP about 8 months ago cleaning out a closet at our old lake house. With everything going on in the world and the ever increasing price of ammunition I nearly danced from joy :P

It’s unreal how fast ammo goes off the shelf’s by me don’t know how people can store so much.
