Title: Ligature Tool and bands
Post by: Coosa Redeye on 02/12/21 19:07 UTC
I am going to try these for tying skirts. If they don't work, I am not out much. Has anyone tried these?

I hand tie with thread all my skirts. Then I put finger nail polish on the thread to hold them tight. I just hate a skirt that moves around and I'm always adjusting it.

I use the bands to hold guides on rods as I'm tying the guides on.
At the very least this tool would make it a lot easier to get the bands on the rod blank.
Guess I'll have to order one and try it.

If the bands will stretch around a rod, I would assume they will stretch over a jig collar.

Looks like about the max you can stretch one of those bands is a bit bigger than a #2 wooden pencil.
