Title: Gamakatsu & Decoy Hooks From Japan??

I came across a bunch labeled:

Jig 11, Jig 12, Jig 22, & Jig 24

Does anyone know/understand this naming convention?

They're obviously hooks for jigs, some stainless, heavy, & light wire... but they don't fit in a basic round bend or football do-it mold (the neck to the eye is too short, or the hook too thick for the size).

What sort of molds are they using over there?
