Title: In need of guidance for a color match

I need some help. I am trying to replicate this color pattern. I bought the Pro-Tec powder color dragonfly to match the blue and it turned deep dark blue and I bought glow blaze orange for the orange spot and it’s a bit too red. Can you guys point me in the right direction of how to achieve these colors?

Just a stab in the dark but have you tried those colors over white powder paint?  It looks to me the colors are a bit washed out and a base coat will sometimes do this if they blend together when heated.
